Hi I’m Justin with AmericanMuscle.com and I’m breaking down CDC’s chin spoiler fitting all 2010 through 2012 Mustang GT’s. A chin spoiler is a great way to give the front end of your Mustang a much more aggressive appearance by extending the lower portion of your bumper down closer to the ground, giving you the look of a lower stance. As you can see the chin spoiler is unpainted which means this textured black urethane material that, besides matching the factory rocker panels in your GT perfectly, also looks great on any color Mustang, as a matter of fact we’ve used this exact spoiler on both our Project Blackout, and our 2011 GT bolt on build up, which happens to be right behind me. That urethane construction is going to be key, because we all know parts like this can be subjected to a lot of abuse, whether it’s pulling in or out of steep driveways, or going over large speed bumps, you want something that’s going to be able to hold up to that extra abuse and believe me when I tell you, this urethane part will hold up much better than some of its fiberglass or thin plastic counterparts. We’re looking at a very simple install here which should take you roughly about an hour, reusing your factory hardware, and the pre-installed 3M automotive tape. You will need to rotate your factory horns to complete the install, but everything else is a complete walk in the park thanks to the detailed instructions. So if you’re looking for a mod that’s going to give the front of your Mustang a much more aggressive appearance, that’s easy to install and extremely durable, then be sure to check out CDC’s unpainted chin spoiler right here at AmericanMuscle.com
