Crafted with a custom forged and powder-coated D-ring made of clad steel, the tow hook incorporates a black chromoly steel shaft paired with stainless hardware for superior strength and corrosion resistance. The D-ring is powder coated in red for visibility, with an unpainted option available for custom finishes. The design ensures the D-ring does not contact or damage the vehicle’s grill or bumper.
INSTALLATION. Installation involves threading the tow hook into the factory front receiver built into the vehicle, making for a straightforward process without the need for drilling. Some trimming of the tow hook door may be required to accommodate the shaft, but overall it is designed for direct OEM fitment.
APPLICATION. Specifically engineered to fit the 2020-2023 Shelby GT500, this tow hook is a direct OEM receiver replacement designed to meet all relevant safety standards, including the SCSA 2-inch requirement.
