Description
Premium Automotive Sealant. The Oracle Silicone Headlight Sealant Adhesive, Black, 10 oz Tube is formulated specifically for sealing automotive headlamp housings. It forms a flexible, watertight bond that prevents moisture, dust, and condensation from entering the headlight assembly, ensuring long-lasting protection and durability after retrofit or reassembly.
Construction and Appearance. This product is a high-quality RTV (Room-Temperature-Vulcanizing) silicone sealant with a black finish. It cures to a durable, flexible bead that accommodates thermal expansion and contraction without cracking or losing adhesion.
Installation. The sealant is easy to apply and requires no drilling. It provides a 30-minute tack time to allow clamping and repositioning before setting, and it reaches functional cure in approximately 3 hours. Full cure of the inner bead may take up to 2 weeks.
Warranty. This product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
