Description
Rear End Stability. The rear diffuser is designed to enhance aerodynamics by providing extra rear end stability at higher speeds. It fits over the center portion of the OEM rear valance, improving both performance and visual appeal. This aerodynamic component helps maintain better traction and balance during aggressive driving.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from premium dry (pre-preg) carbon fiber with a durable gloss or matte clear coat finish that offers UV and scratch resistance. Additionally, polyurethane versions are available in a matte black finish, providing a lightweight and robust option tailored to different aesthetic preferences.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, as the product mounts using factory bolts and high-strength 3M™ molding tape. Preparation includes cleaning the mounting surface thoroughly with alcohol and applying adhesion promoter to ensure a secure, lasting bond. The optimal surface temperature for tape application is above 65°F (18°C). Paint protection film is suggested to help prevent rock chip damage.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2024-2026 Mustang models, excluding the Dark Horse variant due to design incompatibilities with its rear valance structure.
