Easy Plug-In Tuning of Throttle Performance. The unique RaceChip XLR Controller tuning accessory does not change the performance of your Mustang’s EcoBoost engine. Rather, the XLR Throttle Controller monitors your Mustang’s throttle sensor, optimizing the way it works to provide performance improvements. The XLR comes with seven states of throttle tune. Each has its own characteristics and can be switched while driving.

No Risk of Damaging Your Engine. The XLR Controller is very easy to install and has no effect on your engine’s performance, so there is no risk of something in the engine getting damaged. The XLR monitors your inputs at the gas pedal, ensuring the messages get translated into the exact driving characteristics you’re looking for.

Easily Control the Tuning As You Drive. The XLR Brainbox, a ‘nerve center’ that manages and optimizes the throttle sensor operations, comes packaged with two different ways for you to control the tuning. The beautifully styled Rotary Controller is a wired unit that sits either on your dash or your center console and gives you fingertip choice of the seven tunes. Meanwhile, the included smartphone app controller lets you wirelessly control the same parameters.

Seven States of Tune Included. The XLR kit ships with a selection of seven throttle-performance tunes: two Sport tunes, two Race tunes, and two Eco tunes. There is also a neutral, N, tune which leaves performance at stock levels.

Application. The RaceChip XLR kit is compatible with Ford Mustang EcoBoost models from 2015–2017.
