      Deletes the Factory Prop Rod. Your genuine Shelby American Super Snake Hood deserves a better hood lift system than the outdated factory prop rod. This RedLine Tuning Hood QuickLIFT PLUS System features a modern and innovative progressive slow-release lift mechanism that will finish the lift after a small nudge from you. It also features custom-valved gas springs in its struts which eliminate stress on the Shelby American Super Snake hood.

      Progressive Slow Release. Featuring two custom-valved gas springs in its struts, the QuickLIFT PLUS System offers a smooth progressive release mechanism for your convenience. Additionally, the system slows down while approaching full extension to minimize stress on your Shelby American Super Snake hood.

      High-Quality Construction. Redline Tuning uses durable gloss black e-coated gas springs, custom ball stud brackets and other mounting hardware in this system.

      Installation. Installation requires some drilling but all necessary hardware and instructions are provided making the process effortless for anyone. Takes about one hour.

      Warranty. Redline Tuning provides a 4-year warranty on the Hood QuickLIFT PLUS system against material and workmanship flaws.

      Application. This RedLine Tuning Hood QuickLIFT PLUS System for the Shelby American Super Snake Hood is designed to fit 2007-2014 Ford Mustang GT500 models equipped with a genuine Shelby American Super Snake Hood only! These struts are not compatible with any other hood.
