Unleash Up To 430 More Horses. The stock 2011-2014 5.0L 4V Coyote Mustangs come with an awesome 420 Horsepower and 390 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but with a Roush R2300 Tuner kit installed the number can jump to an astounding 850 horsepower, that's 430 more than stock, (depending on custom tuning and fuel upgrades).

Tuner Kit. The Roush R2300 Tuner Kit includes a 2.3L TVSĀ® supercharger and all of the essential components that a racer or tuner shop would need to build a custom supercharger intended for racing applications. A tuner kit provides the flexibility of choosing the correct pulley, fuel upgrades, or other performance parts for your specific setup and needs to create your very own supercharged Mustang. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.

New High-flow Technology. The ROUSH R2300 supercharger features Eaton's new cutting edge Twin Vortices Series technology (TVS) rotating assembly that delivers more power and better fuel economy in a smaller package for uncompromising performance. This a roots-type, positive displacement supercharger features twin four-lobe rotors that are twisted 160-degrees to greatly enhance thermal efficiency, enabling higher volume capacity, and higher operational speeds.

Application. This Roush R2300 Supercharger Tuner Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2011 to 2014 GT Mustang equipped with the all new 5.0L 4V Coyote engine. Fits both automatic and manual transmission. Does not fit BOSS 302 models. NOT approved for sale or installation in the state of California, intended for competition race use only.

Would you recommend I upgrade my oil pump gears before installing this? I have a 2013 GT and I've looked for better oil pump gears online but can't seem to find any. I see AM had a high flow oil pump before but it is no longer in stock.


  • It is not required to install new oil pump gears with the Roush R2300 Supercharger however it also wont hurt to do so. At this time we only carry the M-6600-50CJ Ford Performance oil pump. MMR Also makes billet oil pump gears, but we do not carry these at this time.

What's the difference between the Roush phase 3 and this? Where does the 100 plus horsepower come from?


  • Hello, The Roush r2300 supercharger tuner kit is designed for racing applications only. The kit does not include the Calibration, Pulley, Belt & Fuel Injectors. This allowed the race shop to set it up for optimal race performance. If you have any other questions feel free to call our team so we can further assist you.

do I need to do some changes to the engine bay before installing the kit ? if so what is recommended ?


  • As long as this is going on a 11-14 Gt mustang you will not need to modify the engine bay at all.

Is there any need to change cams, pistons? How much safe horsepower is capable with this system without going into the motor to change compression ratio.


  • That question can be a little loaded. If you plan on using the "tuner" kit it would all depend on the tune and how much power you want to make. Roush does offer a 575hp kit that does not require any internal engine mods. They also offer a 625hp that would not require any mods either. If you want more power then it may require cams and the lower end would need to be upgraded.

    Insane power increase

    This kit was a easy install from roush the kit had everything needed. The only problem we had was getting it professionally tuned which wasn't too bad. After the install there's a big difference in power and the cool supercharger whistle makes it all worth the money. Definitely satisfied with product.
