    Formidable Roush Styling. Now you can add a formidable new appearance to your S550 Mustang with a Roush Performance R7 Lower Rear Valance. Designed using the original manufacturer CAD data for a perfect fit, this is the same exact rear valance found on the new special edition Roush Mustangs.

    Quality Construction. Made in the USA at Roush's own plastics manufacturing facility from OEM quality high pressure injection molded high-strength thermal plastic olefin (TPO) for it's long lasting durability, this rear valance features a stippled grained texture for an OEM look and to increase longevity against rock impacts from daily driving.

    Not Prepped for Backup Sensors. This Roush Performance Rear Valance is specifically designed for Mustangs that do not have factory installed back-up sensors. If your Mustang is equipped with back-up sensors please use Roush part# 421919.

    Required Upgrade. For proper installation of this Rear Valance you will be required to upgrade to a Roush Quad tipped exhaust system. GT models will need Roush Part# 421920 or 421921, EcoBoost models will need Roush Part# 421922 or 421923.

    Application. This Roush Performance Rear Valance is specifically designed to fit 2015-2017 GT and EcoBoost Mustangs equipped with the factory Premium Chassis Packages only (Trim Levels: 200A/201A/400A/401A).

        • Hello, this rear valance will not fit your 2017 V6 Mustang. This part is meant for Ecoboost and GT Premium models with the Premium bumper.

        • Yes, that quad exhaust will indeed be compatible with this valance.

        If I put this roush rear valance on my 2017 premium bumper can I continue using the duo tips I have until I can purchase the quad tip?

        • We highly recommend a quad tip exhaust with this valance. However, you should still be able to use the dual exhaust. There will just be a noticeable gap.

        • The chassis on the performance pack models will be different from the base model which will affect overall fitment of some parts.

            2015 Mustang GT Performance Pack

            To be honest, the appearance is decent. I'm very disappointed in the overall fitment. There are areas where the points do not connect tightly, so a gap is shown on two parts of the rear valance. However, it still looks better than stock.

            If you can find another option.

            The directions are horrible. Very vague, you have to figure lots of stuff out on your own. The template you have to cut out is also horrible. The studs you put on the sides are too big, if you put them in the 1" it says you ruin the center piece of the valance. Poor pictures as well. It can be done but dont expect anywhere near their 2 hour time frame.

            Fitment issues with Double Sided TAPE!

            No printed or written instructions came with the valence. Had to log on to website and try to follow pictures and some vague instructions. Being pretty mechanically inclined, installation was sort of self explanatory, BUT, when I see double sided tape used to help hold things together, I get worried. After 13 screws and 2 bolts, plus some tape, the valence does not fit real snug to the bumper. It is very close in some places, and has a very noticeable gap in others. Not the kind of quality I expected...

            The only problem we had is that it did not fit right we cut where we need to and drill where we need it too. It left a gaps on the bottom of the bumpers

            3 2016 GT - jacknifetoaswan Installation Time: Full Day

            It looks good, but the install is awful.

            When I received this, I was pumped - it looks great out of the box, the instructions seem good, and I wanted it installed. Well, getting to the point of no return (where you cut your bumper) is fine, but after that, the instructions are garbage. They tell you to put the studs in the wrong boss, and when you try to install it onto the bumper, you can't, because there are standoffs behind the reflectors that hit the bumper. Then, you wrestle it, and the bosses break. Then, there's nothing to stop you from pushing the studs through the plastic and making marks on the outside. I contacted Roush, and they sent me a new center section, and promised to update their documentation and procedures with the correct information, but I have no idea if they did. It looks nice on the car, no doubting that, though because of install issues, it's tough to completely snug it against the bumper cover, so you do get a slight gap in certain places. Install definitely takes a full day, and it's better if you have an extra set of hands.

            Nice. Allows quad tips.

            One of very few options for allowing quad tips for a 15-17 GT. I'm running these with a Corsa Sport quad tip exhaust, and while they don't fit together EXACTLY right, they are close. Had to adjust the exhaust to line up with the pass-through area on the valance. Gives a lower, more agressive look to the rear end. Wish it were a half or maybe 3/4 inch lower, but it's good. The pieces that flow back from the wheel wells are separate, so there is a seam there that isn't there on the stock premium valance, but not a huge deal. Recommended.

            Lengthy install but worth it

            If you’re in the market to go quad tip exhaust this is the affordable only option out there. It’s kind of sketchy cutting and drilling into your bumper but it’ll all be covered up once the valence is installed. I found the directions on the Roush website and they are very clear and easy to follow.

            Fit and finish is top quality. Install wasn't too bad, but make sure you have the template lined up as perfectly as possible. Once you have the holes drilled, it's smooth sailing. An extra set of hands will come in handy.
