Description
Powerful Cooling Upgrade. The SpeedFactory Racing 600HP Dual Back Door Intercooler is a direct bolt-on replacement designed to significantly reduce charge air temperatures for the Mustang EcoBoost. By drastically improving cooling efficiency, it helps to prevent knock and allows for more aggressive ignition timing and higher power output during spirited driving or track use.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring 3.4 times the thermal mass of the stock unit, this intercooler is crafted from laser-cut H-3 5052 aluminum end tanks with bead rolled 2.5" inlet and outlet tubes. Each unit is meticulously hand-formed and TIG welded in-house, ensuring superior quality and durability, finished with a clean, natural aluminum appearance.
Installation. This intercooler installs as a direct replacement using the factory plastic and rubber charge pipes, requiring no modifications or drilling.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 15-23 Mustang EcoBoost.
