      Description

      Track Ready Strength. The UMI Performance K-Member with LS1 Motor Mounts is a purpose-built upgrade that replaces the factory K-member with a stronger, lighter assembly. It helps remove 25 pounds from the front end while also opening up extra space for aftermarket headers and tubular setups. Built for demanding driving, it is designed to handle regular street use, drag strip passes, and aggressive autocross action with confidence.

      Construction and Appearance. This k-member is fabricated from USA steel and uses an industry exclusive dual tube construction for added strength and rigidity. Its carefully built design supports long-term durability while maintaining the structural integrity needed for performance driving. A durable black powder-coat finish gives the part a clean, finished appearance and adds a tough protective layer against wear and corrosion. Rack mounts are also incorporated in the factory locations to support proper component positioning during the upgrade.

      Installation. This component features an easy bolt-on design that helps simplify the upgrade process for experienced installers and dedicated enthusiasts.
