What Is an FMU? Vortech's Fuel Management Unit is a secondary fuel regulator that mounts in line with your Mustang's OE regulator on the return line to the fuel tank. This unit allows for additional fuel delivery during boost applications from a forced induction system, a value that your Mustang's factory ECU cannot account for. In addition, this FMU ensures the safety and efficiency of your supercharged Mustang to prevent your engine from running too rich or too lean.
