    Review & Install Video

Dave with, and I’m here with a set of the Raxiom chrome projector headlights, with the CCFL Halos, and the LED accent lights. They’re designed to make a bold statement, and will fit on the front of any 05-09 Mustang GT and V6. Just remember with any projector style light, you can’t run them with daytime running lights, or an HID kit. These lights feature a chrome housing, and a projector lens, that not only gives you a bright and focused light that looks cool, but improves night time visibility. With the bright LED Halos and the LED accent lights, your Mustang is guaranteed to stand out on the street day or night. In the box you get the headlight housing with the bulbs pre installed, you get the quick connectors for the wire splicing, and installation instructions. Raxiom provides a full 2 year warranty on all of its headlights. Installation of these headlights should take you about 2 hours, you’re only going to need standard hand tools. After installation, you’ll notice these blend seamlessly into the lines of your S197 Mustang. These lights give you a bright, clean, crisp look at night, especially when compared to those factory, dim yellow lights. They’re just a great way to dress up the front of any 05-09 Mustang GT or V6.

Aggressive Design. Give your 2005-2009 GT or V6 Mustang a new look with a set of Raxiom projector headlights. These chrome Raxiom Mustang Projector Headlights have an aggressive design that flows nicely into the lines of the S197 Mustangs.

Superior Lighting. The projector lenses light up the road ahead with a bright focused beam of light that not only looks great, but improves your night visibility. The LED Halo and accent lights give an exotic flair to your mustang that sets it apart from the rest of the herd.

DOT Approved. Equipped element H1 and H7 bulbs for high/low beams this pair of Mustang Headlights are DOT (Department of Transportation) approved for legal street use under compliance # QR1200188.

Bulb application. These One Piece Projector Headlights include H7 bulbs for their low beams and H1 bulbs for their high beams.

On low beam, the light is pointing downward so I have to keep them high. How do you adjust the light pattern since they are sealed.

        • The adjustment on the Raxiom Chrome Projector Headlights - LED Halo (05-09 GT, V6) are located on the back of the housing for the headlights. All you need is a Philips-head screwdriver to make the adjustment of your liking.

So if the vertical strip or the halo goes out how do you replace them?

        • These would be a closed halo/light strip and would not be able to be replaced.

Hi ! I am considering purchasing these headlights for my 06 GT. in the reviews a few say the low beams are on the "Not so bright side". Along with stylish ( these are !) I look for usability and was wondering if there is an upgraded or "Brighter" low beam light available for these headlights ? Thanks ! Jack

        • The bulbs that come with the Raxiom Chrome Projector Headlights - LED Halo (05-09 GT, V6) should be no worse than a standard stock H7 bulb to have come with the Mustang from the factory. If that brightness is not to your liking, we do offer a higher intensity bulb, the Sylvania Silverstar Ultra Light Bulbs - H7 (Item #19125) advertised as up to 50% brighter than the stock bulb. This bulb can be found here:

In one of the photos it looks like it has a plug so what needs to be wired in just the halos

        • Yes, your halos and the accent lighting would be wired in. This is a simple process, and you will receive instructions with this when you receive it!

            Great look!

These headlights look great in my 09 GT! It was a tossup between smoked and chrome, and I’m glad I chose the chrome. They look amazing with my chrome Billet grille! The only con is that they aren’t as bright as I’d like, but I plan to switch out the bulbs for some brighter LEDs.

            Best looking headights

For my my money, these are easily the best looking and most sleek headlights offered for the s197. Some of the mini led bulbs do go out though

            I can see!!

The previous owner had put smoked headlights. They looked cool during the day,but not effective at night. I put these headlights in this weekend, and it was a total transformation. It turned into a bit of a project as all the bolts under the fender broke, but still totally worth it. They updated the look of the car.

            Brightness Beam Angle

Does add a great look to the car. The Low Beam is not as bright as I would like. Had work completed at a shop, parking lights and Low Beam setting is the same. Had to research later how to adjust the beam angle because it was pointing to the ground (maybe should be in video). Overall happy with the new look to my Stang.

            Stands out!!

They really give out a mean look. I'm impressed.Took me 3 1/2 hour for install, but I never done this before, so I guess if you are used to work on cars it'll take you much less time. They are much brighter than the ODMs.You do need to adjust them since they are pointing on the ground, but its no problem.

The brand new headlights are vey good looking and impressive. not enough power for halos or side leds

the halos would go on first a split second on installation and then go out. The side lights dont come one. I have to ride with the high beams on all the time because the bulbs are so dim. I bough these for the halos and the instructions they give when provide enough power to illuminate them. Disappointed because I have boughten a lot of great stuff from this site and now im ignored

            So much better than stock

I wanted to upgrade my stock headlights for appearance and better lighting at night. These lights are everything I wanted and more. I can see so much better at night now. I have gotten lot's of compliments on my headlights even from the custom shop that installed them. I had new fog lights and signal lights installed at the same time. AWESOME LIGHTS AMERICAN MUSCLE!

They look great but I didn't notice until that night that they were pointed directly at the ground. My visibility is literally 20 feet in front of me. Now I have to completely take everything apart again just to adjust them.

I have a 2007 v6 w/splitters and these look amazing with my splitters. 1 downfall is the lights are different colors from parking lights to headlights. But all in all great look that turns heads. Thanks AM.

            The car really look sharp1

I purchase this lights a wile back and I really like them. The lights are not as brights as the OEM but definitely recommended if you do not want your car look like every bodies else car. The installation wasn't too bad but you should be comfortable with doing some taping into some of your existing wiring in your car. Also if you add the GT fog lights for the V6 the car is absolutely beautiful
