Does the lights come for both sides for the car or do they come seperate payments both sides? Because I want to buy the lights but not sure if I have to by two the left side and right side of the car?.

    • The Flexible LED Strip 36 in. - Red (79-17 All) comes with one 36" strip for $24.99. To have two strips(one for each side of the car) you will have to purchase a quantity of 2.

2012 V6 - I'm no electrician. Ordered received the 36' LED white. I am going to mount one strip on each side underneath as running board lights. I only want them to come on when I open the door and stay on with (and go off with) the parking/tailights that stay on monetarily when you get out of the car. What do I wire to or how do I accomplish this? (New Mustang owner ... well new used Mustang owner)

    • The wire would need to be installed into a power source that receives current when the doors open. Many of the interior lights illuminate when the doors open, so almost any of those components can be used as a power source. If wiring is not something you feel comfortable with, we would highly recommend taking the lights to a shop to ensure that your electrical components do not short or cause any hazards.

How would I install these on a 1998 Mustang?

    • These are held on by 3m tape and will be a universal fitment. Installing would be up to you on where you want them to be.

How many of these strips can be chained to one 12V power outlet?

    • Multiple of the Axial Flexible LED Strip 36 in. can be spliced together in a series or parallel circuit. Though, whenever wiring multiple loads together, we suggest taking it to a shop to ensure everything is done properly so no issues occur.

Are these able to be controlled by some sort of a switch or a button i can click on my key chain or inside the car?

    • The Axial Flexible LED Strip will need to be spliced in to a electrical source which can easily be controlled by a switch if you want.

      Led strips

Love them. My car looks fantastic. I have had many complements on the lights. My father said it took him about 30 minutes to install. Connected them to sidemarker lights.

Review from Axial Flexible LED Strip 36 in. - White (79-19 All)

Can't figure out where to wire it at.

It's simple to install, but the problem is I don't know where to wire it from if I'm doing it on the exterior. I've called and saw videos and none of them show me where to wire lights to. Good price for them though.

      Not for the inexperienced

I'm sure its a good product but its a little more difficult than I thought. Package comes with one led strip with about a 24" connected lead wire. That's it. No instructions, nothing else. Went to YouTube for video instructions, nothing on the brand I purchased but plenty of install videos on other brands. I should have done more research.

We are sorry that these LED strips were a bit difficult to install. They unfortunately do not come with any instructions as they can be installed in a variety of ways, depending on the application.
