Description
High Performance Clutch Kit. The ACT Heavy Duty Race Rigid 6 Pad Ceramic Clutch Kit with Prolite Flywheel; 26-Spline is engineered for high torque capacity and superior clutch life. This kit is ideal for racing applications where aggressive engagement and quick shifting are essential, providing maximum clamp load and consistent performance.
Construction and Appearance. The kit includes a heavy duty pressure plate with an exclusive diaphragm design that undergoes a four-stage heat treatment for enhanced durability. The clutch disc features high-quality ceramic friction materials with a rigid 6-pad design. The chrome-moly hub is heat treated to endure repeated heat cycles, and the entire assembly is dynamically balanced for smooth operation.
Installation. Requires moderate mechanical skill with no drilling necessary. The kit must be installed using the included ACT flywheel to guarantee proper fit and function.
Warranty. This product carries a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 06-13 Corvette C6 Z06 models with no exclusions noted.
