Installed AEM DryFlow replacement filter and intake air flow was increased. Plus picked up 2mpg on hiway ,It really seemed to help the new AIRAID CAI and the BBK 73mm TB. the finishing touch was the increased air flow !!! Many thanks

Great product at a good price

Filter took about 3 minutes to install. It was about 3 times as heavy as the factory one I removed. It will last a long time with proper cleaning.

    The fit was great!

I haven't noticed any power difference, sound difference, MPG difference or "Bang for the buck". All in all, I would have to say it is a very expensive air filter with the only advantage being the ability of re-use.

    Great fit

Air filter fit like OEM. Noticed better air flow form the start. Better acceleration. Bought this because I was tired of oiled filters.

    Great Purchase

I bought this as a gift for my Dad, who has a 2014 Mustang V6. Quality seems great. It's a super easy install and is reusable WITHOUT having to oil. It's a WIN-WIN-WIN as well as a no-brainer.

    Great Filter

This filter was a huge improvement from the stock setup. I like that this can be reused. It will provide the ability to clean my filter while I change my oil. Very good product.

    Fit well

I got this to replace the standard airfilter and I love it. It makes the exhaust sound nicer and less of a ricer tone.

    AEM dry flow air filter

I had a KandN oiled filter that came with the Ford Racing tune. I have never particularly liked the oiled filters and so was happy to replace it with the AEM filter. Very good product. Noticed an immediate improvement. I highly recommend it.

    Nice Alternative

Used this with the Airaid Modular Intake Tube. Didn't want the exposed hot air intake that adds minimal HP and leaves a filter exposed to moisture from the hood vent. Don't buy the CAI just because you're supposed to. Get the 93 octane tune and you're set.

    As good as a k n

This filter is basically an oil-less version of the kandn for a lower price. The seal on this filter is very rigid and strong compared to the stock filter and the media itself is of a far better quality. The improved horsepower wont be noticeable but due to the better air seal the exhaust and engine note is a bit deeper. This filter pays for itself after 20k miles so not a bad investment. It loses a star due to horrible packaging as the filter was just moving around in the box. The shipping box was pretty much destroyed and the actual product box was open on both ends not even containing the filter.

    AEM DryFlow step 1

I was pleased w/ this filter as a 1st step, but you should follow this up by contacting AEM and ordering their intake tube->step 2. AEM sells the entire kit, but for some reason American Muscle didn't at that time [they may or may not stock that item now]. The addition of the intake tube really wakes things up! The tube and intake are good for 5 HP and 7 lb/ft of torque at the rear wheels [according to AEM's testing]. The AEM intake tube and filter combo make a definite change in your exhaust note too, and since axle backs add almost no power, you may find this eliminates your desire for an axle back. It did for me, that is, unless extra money crops up from somewhere, in which case I'd get the FRP sport axle back. None of the others come close to as good of a sound on a V6.

    Worth the price

You can definitely tell the difference between the stock filter and this one. Engine sounds like it breathes better and you can hear the difference in the sound as well. Not to mention the reuse ability is nice.
