Description

The Aeromotive PressureWorx Ally DualX Controller for OEM Fuel Pump Modules is engineered to work seamlessly with OEM and aftermarket fuel system modules, providing dual control over primary and secondary fuel pumps. It piggybacks on the OEM fuel system control module to enable efficient operation of multiple fuel pumps, especially when higher fuel flow rates are needed. By utilizing pulsed signals from factory or aftermarket ECMs, this controller manages fuel pump speed and power to maintain optimal fuel pressure and system reliability.

Featuring a compact design measuring 4 inches by 2.1 inches by 1-5/8 inches, the controller is built with OEM Delphi/Aptiv connectors for reliable electrical connections. Wiring employs high-quality cross-linked polyethylene insulation, and components are UL94 rated for durability and safety compliance. The unit supports continuous operation at 40 amps and includes built-in protections against over-temperature and short circuits, both with automatic reset functionality.
