Description
High-Performance Fuel Delivery. The Aeromotive High Flow Fuel Rail Kit; Red is engineered to enhance fuel delivery efficiency for high-output LS1 and LS6 engines, supporting fuel demands up to 3,000 horsepower. It delivers consistent, reliable fuel flow critical for performance applications and replaces the factory rails to improve overall fuel system reliability and injector performance for enthusiasts and professionals.
Construction and Features. Manufactured from precision CNC-machined billet aluminum, the fuel rails feature ORB-08 ports with compact connections for positive, leak-free sealing. The full 5/8-inch ID through bore supports high flow rates, while full-size ports at each end optimize injector supply and reduce hydraulic fluctuations. Additional inlet and outlet ports provide plumbing convenience. The rails come finished in anodized red for corrosion protection and durability. Steel mounting brackets are custom engineered for each application, ensuring a solid mounting platform with correct fit and bolt-on installation ease.
Installation. Installation is designed to be bolt-on for ease of use. Custom-engineered brackets assure proper fitment and help simplify the upgrade process for the GM LS1 and LS6 engine platforms.
Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed for GM 1997-2004 LS1 and 2001-2005 LS6 rail applications. Not legal for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles except when used as a replacement matching OEM specifications.
