Description
Premium EFI Fuel System. The Aeromotive Fuel System - A1000/LS2 Rails/PSC/Fittings is designed to provide advanced fuel delivery for high-performance EFI engines, supporting up to 1,000 flywheel horsepower with forced induction and 1,300 naturally aspirated. This system replaces the stock fuel system in Corvettes equipped with the LS2 engine and ensures reliable fuel flow for street and strip use by integrating stealth technology within the OEM fuel tank.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from billet aluminum components including CNC-machined fuel rails and Y-block, the system features a high-flow 40-micron fuel filter and a durable billet EFI fuel pressure regulator. All fittings are precise high-flow ORB ports, engineered for performance and durability, with a sleek and functional appearance suitable for serious automotive builds.
Installation. Installation requires moderate skill and no vehicle modifications or drilling, as the system is designed to fit directly into the factory fuel tank and utilize existing fuel level sending units and transfer pumps. Fuel lines and hose-ends are sold separately, allowing customization of the fuel plumbing.
Warranty. This product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship when purchased from authorized sellers.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 03-13 Corvette C5 & C6 models equipped with LS2 engines or equivalent intakes, providing a direct replacement fuel system while maintaining OEM integration standards.
