Description
High-Performance Fuel System. The Aeromotive Fuel System - Eliminator/LS2 Rails/Wire Kit/Fittings is engineered to support EFI engines producing up to 1,400 horsepower with forced induction and 1,900 horsepower naturally aspirated. This system ensures reliable fuel delivery and integrates seamlessly with LS2-style intake setups. Designed primarily for racing applications that may include limited street driving, it provides all essential components for a comprehensive fuel system upgrade.
Construction and Appearance. Built from high-grade billet materials, the system features CNC-machined components including the Y-block and fuel rails. The fuel rails and EFI pressure regulator are billet aluminum for enhanced durability and precise fuel flow management. A high-flow 40-micron fuel filter and high-performance stealth in-tank fuel pump are included, all finished with a polished metallic appearance to withstand racing conditions while maintaining a discreet installation within the OEM fuel tank.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and involves integrating the system into the existing stock fuel tank. It is compatible with the factory fuel-level sender and jet-siphon transfer pump. Although designed for direct fitment on vehicles equipped with the LS2 intake, some modifications may be necessary for optimal setup.
Warranty. This product is backed by a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Application. Specifically designed for 2003-2013 Corvette C5 and C6 models equipped with LS2 engines or equivalent intakes. It is not legal for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles except when used as a direct OEM replacement and is intended for closed-course competition or limited street racing applications only.
