Construction and Appearance. Crafted with high-quality materials and precision engineering, the tank features an advanced 100 micron pre-filter that protects the fuel system from contaminants. It comes equipped with a precision fuel sending unit and float arm for accurate fuel level monitoring. The pump outlet and return ports utilize AN-8 ORB fittings, designed for sealing without thread sealant. The assembly is rated for durable operation under continuous pressures up to 70 psi.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and may involve some modifications specific to the 1999-2004 Mustang chassis. No special thread sealants are needed, simplifying plumbing connections for fuel outlet and return lines.
