Additionally, this component provides extra aerodynamic properties by redirecting airflow lower around your vehicle, improving downforce. This factor helps improves handling performance, especially when cornering.

    Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This front chin splitter is made from polyurethane using a specialized machine-forming process. This combination of high-quality material and advanced production produces a splitter that offers exceptional durability and resistance to deterioration as well as an OE style fit. Furthermore, this component features a sleek satin black finish for an eye-catching look. Best of all, this finish can easily be painted over to match your vehicle’s body color.

    Pragmatic Install Procedure. This front chin splitter comes equipped with 3M automotive-grade adhesive backing and also includes polyurethane adhesive for a pragmatic peel-and-stick install. Please note that it is best to paint the splitter before installation to ensure efficiency. It’s also suggested that you thoroughly clean the mounting location before an installation before wiping the area down with a clean rag moistened with acetone or alcohol. This is to ensure ideal adhesion of the backing to your vehicle. Lastly, when installing this component in cold weather to warm-up the mounting surface to about 60 degrees Fahrenheit as the preinstalled adhesive tape works best on warmer surfaces. This can be done with a heat gun or a hairdryer.
