Description
Direct Fit Replacement. Replace your Mustangs bent or damaged wimpy factory axles with brand new high strength direct fit replacement axles for peace of mind. All OEM studs and bearings can be reused for installation of this 28-spline replacement axle.
Stronger than OEM. Manufactured from high quality 1541H alloy steel using a computer controlled induction heat treatment that results in a stronger, more durable axle shaft. Alloy USA uses a cold-formed rolled spline process that produces an axle spline that is up to 35% stronger than standard cut splines.
10 Year Warranty. These Alloy USA axles come with a 10 year limited warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. Some limitations do apply. Please see the full Alloy USA Warranty disclosure for details.
Application. This 5 Lug 28 Spline Axle is specifically designed as a direct fit replacement for 1994 to 1998 GT and SVT Cobra Mustangs with a 8.8" rear end. For use with 28 spline LSD or Spool only. Sold individually.
