Featuring a sleek design and carbon fiber construction, this cowl hood helps improve aerodynamics and reduce total vehicle weight for modest fuel economy and speed gains for a leg up over the competition.
Twill Weave Carbon Fiber Power. This unit is constructed using twill weave carbon fiber that uses a proprietary vacuuming infusion process siphoning liquid resin into the mold for a glossy polished finish. Plus, it is also supported by a fiberglass skeleton that affixes to your hood’s underside for extra reinforcement and durability.
Installation. It should take no more than one hour for someone with light to moderate mechanical skills to install this piece with a medium degree of difficulty. Reinstallation of your dampers, stress and gas shocks are not recommended.
Application. The Anderson Composites 2.5 Inch Cowl Hood - Carbon Fiber is compatible with the 2005-2009 Ford Mustang GT and V6.
