Description
Lightweight Performance Upgrade. Anderson Composites Carbon Fiber Doors provide a significant weight reduction while maintaining structural integrity for the 2005-2013 Corvette C6. Designed to replace factory components, these doors improve vehicle performance by shedding unnecessary weight, enhancing acceleration and handling. They are ideal for racing enthusiasts and performance-focused drivers who want both style and functionality.
Construction and Appearance. Made with a vacuum-infused process using premium 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, these doors feature a consistent weave pattern and an excellent carbon-to-resin ratio for high stiffness and strength. A marine-grade gel coat with UV inhibitors protects the finish and delivers a polished, high-gloss appearance. The carbon fiber outer panel is bonded to a fiberglass internal skeleton to add durability.
Installation. Installation may require minor modifications to mounting tabs to ensure proper fitment and should be performed by someone experienced with carbon fiber components. The doors are designed to mount with OE hardware, which is not included, and minor adjustments might be necessary during installation.
Application. These doors are engineered to fit 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 models including Stingray, Grand Sport, Z06, and ZR1 trims. Please note that they are intended for off-road use only and are not street legal.
