Performance Fiberglass Fenders. The Anderson Composites Type-GR GT350 Style Front Fenders (Unpainted) are crafted to improve both the look and performance of your vehicle by replacing factory fenders with lightweight fiberglass alternatives. These fenders provide a subtle width increase and feature integrated vent inserts designed to enhance airflow. They are perfect for enthusiasts aiming to achieve a distinctive GT350 appearance while retaining compatibility with stock components.
Construction and Appearance. These fenders are manufactured using a vacuum infusion process with high-quality fiberglass cloth, resulting in a primer finish that's ready for custom paint. This construction method ensures consistent fiberglass weave and an optimal resin-to-fiber ratio, delivering greater stiffness and strength compared to factory panels while keeping the fenders lightweight.
Installation. Installation requires pre-fitting to ensure proper alignment, and minor adjustments may be necessary, including trimming or modifying mounting tabs. Drilling is usually not required, but it is recommended to use professional-grade silicone adhesive when installing the vent inserts for a secure fit.
Application. Designed to fit Mustang GT, EcoBoost, and V6 models from 2015 to 2017. These fenders are not compatible with Shelby GT350 or GT350R trims.
