The Baer Extreme+ Front Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors; Comp Yellow Calipers is engineered to provide superior stopping power and durable performance for high-demand applications. Designed for enhanced vehicle control and safety, it�s ideal for track use and spirited driving. This brake kit upgrades the front braking system to handle increased stress and heat.
Construction and Appearance. The calipers are crafted from US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging and fully CNC machined for precision and strength. They feature a powder-coated finish for durability and corrosion resistance. Rotors are vented, two-piece with slotted and drilled zinc plating to optimize heat dissipation, paired with billet aluminum hats and high-grade stainless steel hardware for longevity.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and involves the replacement of OEM components. No drilling is necessary as the kit is designed to fit with OE spindles and hubs while accommodating most 18-inch or larger wheels.
Application. Designed to fit 2005-2013 Corvette C6 models using original equipment spindles and hubs. This kit does not fit stock Corvette wheels but may fit factory Z06 wheels; verifying fitment with the provided template is strongly recommended.
