It upgrades the rear braking system with larger rotors and powerful 6-piston calipers, providing improved fade resistance and greater control on both track and street. This kit is ideal for enthusiasts seeking to maximize braking performance.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features a one-piece monoblock caliper CNC machined from US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging, ensuring exceptional strength, durability, and heat dissipation. The calipers are finished with a durable Comp Yellow powder coat for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. The rotors are zinc-plated, slotted, drilled, and vented with billet aluminum hats for optimal cooling and performance. Stainless steel pistons, abutments, noise suppression clips, braided hoses, and hardware complete the package for reliability and longevity.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill. No drilling or modifications are necessary as the kit mounts directly using the original equipment rear knuckles and hubs. All necessary brackets, stainless braided hoses, and hardware are included to facilitate a smooth upgrade.
