        Would these not fit on the 2003 V6? If not, I do not see anything similar on the site for the 2003 V6. Regards Gary

        • The American Muscle Graphics Black Hood Accent Decal would only fit the 99-02 V6 models, as there were changes to the hood for the 03-04 model years. The 03-04 hoods do not allow for a decal of similar shape.

        Will this fit on a 99-04 Cobra R hood? I'm assuming so, but I'd like to make sure before I purchase. Thanks.

        • Yes, the Matte Black Hood Accent Decal (99-04 GT; 99-02 V6) will fit fine on a Cobra R hood.

        Color I have a black mustang and want something that does not stick out. Would the matte black show up at all on my hood or am I better off going with silver!

        • The matte black will show up. It will look almost like a shadow. Go for it. Always fun to do something different.

          Good Stripes

          Your Hood Stripes are excellent and easy to install. This is my second time replacing them due to the fact that my car is not garage keeper and I live in Miami Florida with the hot sun.

          Great product

          The product really did what I wanted it to do, change the appearance of my front end. It was fairly easy to install especially with an extra set of hands available. That made it easier for me to smooth out the bubbles and use a heat gun to help it cure while it was held in place. Be sure not to apply too much heat because the vinyl will start to melt and stretch. I'm very happy with the quality and easy of installation with this product.

          Easy to install

          Came packaged well and installed better, definitely sets the car apart from the typical stripes you see around. Decal was very forgiving if you use soapy water method

          Black Hood accent

          Very easy to install. I put red pin stripes on both sides. Why they limit it to 99-02 V6 I don't know. I put it on my 03 with the optional hood and it fit perfectly.

          It's the little things

          These things made my 2000 Bright Atlantic Blue look amazing when paired with the black center hood decal and a black hood scoop. Definitely worth the price.
