Description
Boost Gauge Performance. The 60 PSI Boost Gauge in White with 7 Color options is engineered to monitor boost levels in diesel trucks running high boost pressure up to 60 PSI. It delivers accurate turbo boost readings to ensure optimal turbocharger performance and helps prevent overboost conditions that can cause engine damage. This gauge is essential for drivers aiming to maintain vehicle performance and reliability under heavy load or recreational use.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a durable 52mm white dial with a clear flat lens and vivid illuminated red needle, this mechanical analog gauge uses stepper motor technology for precise and smooth needle movement across a 270° sweep. The gauge offers 7 color LED backlighting options—blue, green, red, teal, yellow, purple, and white—with color recall and nighttime dimming for adaptable interior lighting.
Installation. Installation requires drilling and tapping of the intake manifold for the mechanical boost hose fittings. Included in the kit are 9 feet of boost hose, compression fittings, and a 2-foot power harness with wiring for power, ground, and dimming to provide comprehensive hardware for mounting and electrical connections.
