Mounting Solution. The Davies Craig Electric Water Pump Mounting Plate offers a convenient and efficient method for remote mounting of selected electric water pumps. It enhances installation flexibility while saving space and reducing weight. The plate is essential for minimizing vibration transmission and is suitable for various engine cooling and intercooler configurations.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from high-quality black anodised aluminium, this mounting plate delivers durability with an attractive finish. Rubber ‘cotton reel style’ dampeners are incorporated to reduce vibration and provide a stable, corrosion-resistant mounting surface.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward for most users with the included hardware. For some older pump models, such as older EWP150 units, careful drilling with a 4mm (5/32”) drill bit may be necessary to accommodate mounting bolts. Ensure precise drilling to avoid any damage. Longer M4 bolts are required for the EWP115 Alloy model.
