    • The Canton Aluminum Expansion Tank for Vortech and Paxton Superchargers will utilize the existing brackets from the super charger kit's expansion tank. If you are not running one of these superchargers, custom brackets would be required.

      Paxton’s flimsy plastic tanks sucks

I consider this a mandatory upgrade for the Vortech/Paxton kits. Don’t let the cheap plastic tank strand you on the side of the road

Good bye blown out plastic tank.

I'm not in it for looks but more so for performance and this tank is the real deal. Maybe if my TIG skills were awesome I would fab my own; but for the price it bolts right in without issue and looks like it belongs with the 600 rwhp machine!

needed this to replace the stock plastic one from vortech. i had heard bad reports of the plastic unit leaking after time and i drive my car around 10,000 miles a year and didn't want to take any chance of being on a trip and getting a coolant leak

      Great can for the cash

I had mounted a Paxton supercharger on my 5.0. After a few pulls during tuning I noticed a coolant leak. Tracked the leak down which was coming from the new plastic coolant can that came from the kit. It had a pin size hole in the bottom. I called Team Beefcake and he recommended this beautiful can from American Muscle. Looks great!! As always lightning fast shipping. Thanks AM.

The original piece was made of cheap plastic that worked for 2 years and started leaking coolant. It took two of us to locate where the coolant leak was coming from ($$$$).. When confronted with purchasing a new one from Vortech or this unit, there was NO GUARANTEE from Vortech the issue wouldn't arise again. I am glad that I went with this product!! Not only does it look better... I am confident that it will not need replacing.

      Used on a 2011 Vortech 5.0

I replaced the plastic tank that came with my Vortech with this one. It is a HUGE improvement over the Vortech unit. It looks fantastic and much more durable. Even though the piece isn't advertised for a 2011+ Vortech it is a direct fit.

      Awesome product!

When I installed my Vortech, I was really unhappy with the stock black plastic expansion tank that comes with the kit. This is a major appearance upgrade and I'm very happy with it.
