    Race Inspired Styling. Add race inspired styling to your GT Mustangs Classic Design Concepts Classic Chin Spoiler by installing their Splitter Upgrade for an aggressive new look.

    Rugged Construction. Manufactured from a tough high pressure, black injection molded acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic, this CDC chin spoiler splitter is made to take the abuse of everyday driving.

    Simple Installation. Using 15 mounting points, you will only need to drill a few holes to secure the splitter to the spoiler with the included push pins fasteners. Installation takes less than 30 minutes.

    Application. The Classic Design Concepts Classic Chin Spoiler Splitter is designed to fit the 2005 to 2009 GT Mustangs with the CDC Classic Chin Spoiler installed. The Classic Chin Spoiler is not included.

    Can this be used on a v6 bumper?

    • Unfortunately not, this Chin Spoiler Splitter will only fit on the GT model with the GT Chin Spoiler installed.

    • This CDC Splitter Upgrade is only designed to fit the CDC classic chin spoiler and is not designed to work with other chin spoilers unfortunately.

    Will the splitter upgrade work with the SpeedForm Chin Spoiler - Pre-painted. On the website, it says you can buy them together option, so do they fit together properly?

    Will this Splitter work with the Speed Form Chin Spoiler on a 2007 GT .. They look identical in shape the CDC Splitter shows as buy together when looking at the Speedform spoiler on AM website.. ?

    • This CDC Splitter Upgrade is specifically designed for the CDC Classic Chin Spoiler, so I would not suggest attempting to install this splitter upgrade on any other chin spoilers.

      Clearance and Drilling issues!

      The under lip of the spoiler does not give enough clearance to properly drill holes. I'm am very upset. I also have a holes in my spoiler from trying to drill the holes for splitter.

      Looks Great ...

      Wish it was a bit bigger ... but for $160 shipped I think its worth it ... the quality is there, holes line up perfectly and match the CDC spoiler, feels sturdy do not think speed will be an issue.. install is simple , overall very happy and looking at the side splitters next !

      WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

      Looks good but the price is almost laughable for a flat piece of plastic. I got this as a placeholder until I could afford a real APR Performance one. The look is great, especially paired with adjustable struts. Scraping is an unavoidable problem. But even with a two inch drop it is still manageable. I recommend this if you have the money and don't plan on getting a carbon fiber one for functionality.

      Good Bad

      This Splitter looks really good, and does its cosmetic portion. Although, if you tap anything with the front bumper on accident, or you hit a big big big pothole, or come out of a steep driveway , on stock suspension you will scrape, and the road marks have definitly shown its wear along the bottom. The 3M tape is not strong enough to hold up the bumper anymore, so now I need to buy a new one, and have been out of stock for quite a while. I'll still use this product but there's just a few downsides, but other than that if you know how to drive I'd recommend this.

      Awesome Chin Spoiler Upgrade

      Very easy to install, just make sure you take your time and get it lined up just right. Awesome upgrade to the chin spoiler! Makes it look more aggressive and just downright mean. A little pricey for plastic, but nonetheless it really is a great appearance upgrade.

      CDC Splitter Upgrade

      For those that want to add a little something to the CDC chin spoiler, this is the way to go. Its a little pricey but once you have it on you soon forget about the cost. Fit was perfect once you get everything lined up and fitted correctly. I added some self tapping screws to make it even more secure. I've only had it on a little while and people are already giving me good comments about it.

      TO MUCH MONEY

      IT WAS WAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR A PEICE OF FLAT PLASTIC. BUT IT DOES LOOK GOOD. I DO RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO SPEND $200 AND DRILL ABOUT 15 HOLES IN THE SPOILER TO CONNECT IT. BUT IT DOES LOOK GOOD.

      Looks great!

      Spoiler and splitter arrived in perfect condition. Fit is perfect and installation was a breeze with the help of a friend and some clamps. Took the time to measure twice before marking and drilling holes. Replaced a few pushpins with small bolts and nuts just for added security and the track. Solid at highway speeds but not tested above 80 mph. Clearance on inclines is challenging due to Stang being lowered. Love the look.
