Description
Extreme Multi-Disc Clutch. The Centerforce TRIAD XDS Triple Disc Clutch Kit with 8-Bolt Flywheel; 26-Spline is designed for vehicles requiring high torque capacity, offering holding capabilities from 500 to 1100 ft/lbs. This kit improves clutch performance and durability in demanding driving conditions by utilizing a multi-disc setup that allows for faster revving and enhanced power transfer.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features a billet pressure plate with a patented centrifugal weight system and ball bearing actuated pressure plate to provide superior clamp load and light pedal effort. The discs have Kevlar friction facing on a solid hub, and the flywheel is lightened billet steel for reduced inertia. All components are precision machined and assembled in the USA.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for experienced users, with all necessary hardware and an alignment tool included. No drilling or major modifications are required during installation.
Warranty. This product includes manufacturer’s warranty coverage for peace of mind.
Application. Fits 14-19 Corvette C7, excluding the ZR1 model due to specific design differences requiring alternate clutch solutions.
