Construction and Appearance. The kit features a billet aluminum pressure plate with a Type 3 hard anodized surface for superior strength and corrosion resistance. The lightweight aluminum flywheel is precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet and includes replaceable inserts, while the steel flywheel option employs 1045 billet steel treated with black oxide for rust prevention. The clutch disc materials include a combination of sprung ceramic and fiber tuff rigid discs designed to optimize friction and shock absorption.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for professional mechanics familiar with clutch replacements and does not typically require any additional drilling or modifications. The kit is designed to fit directly into compatible bell-housings, simplifying assembly and ensuring reliable operation.
