Description
Performance Upgrade. The Comp Cams GM LS7 and Gen V LT Rocker Arm Trunnion Upgrade Kit enhances the durability and stiffness of rocker arms in high RPM racing environments. By replacing stock needle bearings with full complement roller trunnions, it significantly improves the reliability of LS7 and Gen V LT engines, especially when used with high performance camshafts and heavier valve springs.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features heavy-duty billet steel rocker arm trunnions combined with high needle count roller bearings for superior wear resistance and strength. The components are precision-engineered for tight tolerances and long-lasting performance, and are typically finished with a protective coating to resist corrosion and wear under extreme conditions.
Installation. The kit is designed for direct installation on compatible rocker arms with no drilling required. Installation requires basic engine assembly tools and a technical understanding of valvetrain components.
Warranty. The upgrade kit carries a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
