Description

The Comp Cams Reduced Travel OE-Style Hydraulic Roller Lifter is engineered to enhance valve train performance in Chevrolet Small Block engines and Gen III series including LS1, LS2, and LS6. It addresses lifter "pump up" issues at high RPM to prevent power loss and potential engine damage, providing improved reliability and efficiency under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. These lifters are precisely machined from durable materials to endure high engine speeds and stresses. The hydraulic roller design incorporates an internal piston and roller assembly built for smooth operation, finished with a high-quality surface treatment for wear resistance and longevity.
Installation. Installation requires an adjustable valve train to achieve proper preload settings between .002 and .004 inches. No additional machining or drilling is necessary; however, accurate adjustment is essential for optimal lifter performance.
Warranty. Includes a 12-month warranty to ensure quality and dependability.
