Description
Performance Oil Pan. The Chevy LS Oil Pan with -10AN fittings and a 7-quart capacity is designed to provide enhanced oil volume and optimal lubrication for high-performance LS engines. It features remote oil filter fittings allowing oil filter relocation, ideal for custom builds and racing applications. This oil pan maintains consistent oil pickup during aggressive driving conditions by controlling oil slosh and increasing oil capacity.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty steel, this oil pan offers superior durability and strength. It is finished with an electrophoretic deposition (EDP) black coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance and a sleek, stealthy appearance suitable for both show and performance vehicles.
Installation. The installation process is straightforward for individuals familiar with LS engine configurations. It requires the use of the dual -10 AN fittings for an external oil filter setup. No drilling or additional modifications to the pan are necessary, but verification of chassis clearance is recommended before installation.
Application. Compatible with GM LS-series engines, this oil pan suits a broad range of performance and custom setups. Remote oil filter relocation is mandatory, and it uses the factory LS dipstick (sold separately).
