Description

Construction and Appearance. The pump’s body is made from lightweight, heat-resistant Nylon 66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber for added strength and durability. It includes a ceramic-faced seal designed for long-lasting performance under high-stress conditions. The design incorporates a clockwise centrifugal impeller housed within a volute chamber, finished with a corrosion-resistant surface for durability.
Installation. Installation involves mounting the pump in line with the radiator hose and may require minor adaptations such as drilling holes in the thermostat plate to ensure proper coolant flow. This process is suitable for skilled DIY enthusiasts familiar with automotive cooling systems.
