Description
Performance Enhancer. The Power Wedge is engineered to increase airflow and improve torque and horsepower curves for LS engines by optimizing the throttle body's angle and enhancing airflow dynamics within the intake manifold. This results in stronger torque output from low to high RPMs, improving overall engine performance. It is suitable for both stock and highly modified engines, including supercharged applications.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured using CNC machining from solid Zytel plastic—the same durable and heat-resistant material as many OEM intake manifolds—the Power Wedge features a refined design that includes a balance plenum and a variable radius air horn. Its factory-style texture ensures durability and minimized heat soak.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling and taking approximately 5 to 10 minutes using existing OEM bolts. This allows for a quick upgrade with minimal effort on most supported LS engine configurations.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 05-07 Corvette C6 Base models, the Power Wedge delivers noticeable performance gains without any modifications to OEM hardware or vehicle setup.
