Description
Premium Tow Hook Setup. The 2014 Corvette Z51 Receivers & Premium Tow Hook provides a secure and durable solution for safely towing or recovering your Corvette. This kit enables attachment points at the front and/or rear of the vehicle, ideal for motorsport, track days, or emergency situations.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a forged D-ring powder coated in red or offered unpainted for custom finishes, this tow hook assembly includes a clad steel heim-joint securely fastened to either a black chromoly steel or natural stainless steel shaft. All hardware is stainless steel to resist corrosion and maintain strength under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation requires removing the front and rear bumpers to mount the receivers properly. Moderate mechanical skill is recommended, but drilling is not required for fitting this tow hook assembly.
Application. Designed expressly for 2014 Corvette Stingray and Z51 models built prior to December 14, 2014, and other C7 Corvettes lacking factory OEM tow hitch receivers. Not compatible with models equipped with stock receivers or later builds after this cutoff date.
