      Description

      Thermal and Acoustic Shield. The Ultra Block Reflective Material is a dual-purpose insulation solution ideal for protecting interior components from extreme heat and reducing unwanted noise. Whether you're lining engine compartments, bulkheads, or under-hood areas, this material offers superior performance where it's needed most. Its heat-reflective surface and sound-dampening core make it essential for demanding automotive environments.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from lightweight open cell acoustic foam, this material features a reflective Mylar face that can deflect heat up to 428° F. The layered build combines thermal control with excellent acoustic absorption, while the aggressive adhesive backing ensures a lasting bond. It meets flammability resistance standards under FAR 25.856(a), making it safe for high-temperature use.

      Installation. Installation is simple thanks to the peel-and-stick adhesive backing. The material is flexible and can be trimmed for custom fitment in tight or irregular areas.

      Application. This Ultra Block Reflective Material fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required.
