Construction and Appearance. Crafted from premium aerospace-grade dry pre-preg carbon fiber, these mud flaps deliver exceptional strength while remaining lightweight. The manufacturing process involves curing under heat and pressure in an autoclave, ensuring optimal resin control for rigidity and weight savings. Finished with a high-gloss, UV-resistant clear coat, they maintain a deep, mirror-like shine that complements factory styling and resists fading over time.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with pre-applied 3M automotive tape and compatibility with OEM mounting points, allowing for secure placement without drilling or permanent modifications. For best results and proper alignment, professional installation is recommended.
Warranty. This product is backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit widebody 2006–2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 and ZR1 models, and 2010–2013 Grand Sport models. Not compatible with base C6 Stingray or narrow-body variants due to differences in body design.
