Detroit Speed’s Lowering Hubpack Uprights upgrade the Fox Body platform with modern handling, braking, and steering performance. Designed for premium builders, fabricators, and enthusiasts, these forged aluminum uprights provide a 2-inch drop, optimized suspension geometry, and compatibility with S550 Mustang brake systems. This kit delivers superior stability, precise steering response, and the durability needed for high-performance applications.
LOWER, STRONGER, AND MORE CAPABLE
Built-in 2-inch lowering improves stance while enhancing cornering ability and weight distribution. The forged aluminum construction ensures strength and rigidity, eliminating deflection for sharper handling. This design allows for greater confidence in aggressive driving and track conditions.
SUPERIOR BRAKING & STEERING RESPONSE
These uprights support S550 Mustang OE and aftermarket brake systems, delivering modern stopping power with increased pad and rotor options. The hubpack bearing system eliminates spindle pin flex, allowing for later, more controlled braking. Optimized Ackermann and bump steer geometry reduce unwanted toe changes, giving precise turn-in and high-speed stability.
