Description
Enhanced Illumination Quality. The Diode Dynamics Red LED Bulbs; 3157 XP80 provide a direct upgrade to the rear turn signal bulbs on the Jeep Grand Cherokee, offering instant on/off lighting with modern LED technology. These bulbs replace incandescent bulbs, delivering brighter and more distinct signaling that improves visibility during vehicle operation.
Construction and Appearance (XP80 Variant Only). The XP80 version features sixteen high-power 5W LEDs arranged omnidirectionally, combined with a robust metal heatsink for effective thermal management and consistent high output. The bulbs have a factory-complementary finish and a diffused lens to assist in even light distribution.
Installation. Installation is plug-and-play with no modifications or drilling required, fitting directly into factory 3157 sockets. LED resistors are necessary to prevent hyperflashing and bulb out warnings; proper wiring to the turn signal power and ground is required for full functionality.
Warranty. These bulbs come with a 3-year replacement limited warranty for peace of mind and quality assurance.
