Description

Construction and Appearance. This fuel hose features a three-layer design: a primary barrier resistant to heat and aggressive fuels, a thermoplastic vapor barrier to reduce fuel vapor permeation, and an outer cover that withstands heat and ozone exposure. The hose has a smooth, durable exterior with a consistent outside diameter of 0.625 inches and is rated for a maximum pressure of 225 PSI.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, suitable for both DIY and professional automotive plumbing projects. Vapor Guard hose must be used with matching Vapor Guard hose ends and clamps to avoid damaging the inner liner.
