      Construction and Appearance. Carbon vanes and composite rotors are housed inside the Electric Fuel Pump's black, anodized aluminum chassis, giving it an extra boost for optimal performance while keeping noise levels between 4 and 14 decibels - quieter than OEM pumps around the same pressure.
