      Description

      Exceptional Grip and Handling. Dominate the race tracks with the Fidanza Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel. This 6-bolt flywheel dissipates heat more quickly with its cutting-edge design and construction. This allows for smoother and faster transmission of power in aggressive racing applications.

      Highly Durable Construction. For maximum durability and lasting performance, this flywheel is built from highly durable 6061 T6 billet aluminum. It has a 1045 steel plate surface, which is secured using military-grade fasteners. Meanwhile, its heat-treated 1050 steel ring gear is fastened using Grade 8 button screws. And to ensure lasting security, this flywheel is locked in place using a stepped dowel system.

      Re-Buildable Steel Friction Surface. This flywheel is designed with a replaceable 1045 steel friction surface. This feature makes “bedding in” of new clutches so much faster.

      SFI 1.1 Safety Rating. To assure peace of mind, this flywheel has a safety rating of SFI 1.1. This makes it ideal and safe for high-intensity applications.

      Guaranteed by a 1-Year Warranty. To assure quality, this Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel is guaranteed by Fidanza’s 1-year warranty against material or workmanship defects starting from the date of purchase. Some exclusions may apply. To find out more, please contact our customer support.

      Application. This 6-Bolt Fidanza Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel is designed for all 2005 to 2010 Ford Mustang GT models.

      Please Note. Romeo built engines come with 6-bolt cranks, while Windsor engines come with 8-bolt cranks. A Windsor block has an “X” in its VIN’s 8th character, while a Romeo block has a “W” in its VIN’s 8th character. The only exception is the 2001 Bullitt Mustang which features a Romeo built engine. Please ask your Ford dealer for details on your car’s engine.
