The FTI Performance Street Racer Triple Disc Lock-Up Series Billet Torque Converter; 9.50-Inch; 4000 RPM Hard Hit Stall is engineered to deliver exceptional torque capacity and reliability for Corvette enthusiasts. It enhances power transfer from the engine to the drivetrain, improving acceleration and throttle response for performance-driven applications.
Construction and Appearance. Built with a forged billet lock-up cover and furnace-brazed internals, this torque converter provides increased durability and internal stability. Featuring hand TIG welded fins and premium triple Torrington bearings, the assembly is balanced and designed to withstand rigorous performance demands.
Installation. This torque converter installs directly onto the 8L90E transmission using the included mounting hardware. No drilling or modifications are required, allowing for a straightforward upgrade for experienced installers.
Warranty. It carries a three-year standard warranty covering manufacturer defects and workmanship.
