Description

This surge tank system prevents fuel starvation by maintaining a ready volume of fuel inside the tank, reducing sloshing and ensuring stable fuel supply during aggressive driving or racing conditions. It is widely used to upgrade existing fuel tanks and modules with minimal modifications required.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from billet aluminum featuring O-ring seals, the system uses robust -8AN fuel ports for reliable connections. The pump is a brushless twin screw design, integrating an advanced controller with PWM speed control for precise fuel flow management. The surge tank body stands 235mm tall, finished with a durable and corrosion-resistant surface that withstands the demands of premium pump, racing gasoline, and E85 fuels.
Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward, typically requiring little or no modification to the factory fuel tank or module. A return line is necessary to send excess fuel back to the vehicle tank, ensuring proper system balance and operation.
