      Description

      Performance Upgrade. The 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers improve exhaust flow and reduce restriction compared to stock manifolds.       Construction and Appearance. Made from mandrel bent stainless steel tubing, these shorty headers include a proprietary Firecone collector optimized for better exhaust flow. The collector domes are extra thick for enhanced durability, and the flanges are precision machined at 3/8 inch thickness with oversized exhaust ports. The semi-gloss grey finish offers a clean, performance-oriented appearance without coating.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward as a direct replacement with factory style emission connections. No drilling is required. High-quality mounting hardware and gaskets are included for a sealed, leak-free fit.

      Warranty. These headers come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

      Application. Engineered specifically to fit the 1999-2004 Mustang GT with the 4.6L 2-valve V8 engine, these headers serve as a direct replacement for the factory manifolds and include all necessary installation hardware.
